As a bar and waiting apprentice, you will...
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Know the menu inside out, offering recommendations to customers.
- Greet, serve food and look after our customers whilst they dine with us.
- Assist the bar in preparing drinks which meets specs and customer expectations.
- Making sure front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
What your apprenticeship includes
- A mixture of face to face and skype/phone catch ups every 4 - 6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress
- A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars
- Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer
- The chance to get Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSE)
- A Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Qualification once you have completed the 15 month programme

To lead and coach sessions with groups and individuals from different backgrounds and abilities. To nurture and support in the development of new and existing talent, creating a supportive and positive environment within sessions. With responsibility for health and safety within their environment including first aid and safeguarding, coaches will provide instruction and guidance to keep riders, learners, customers and visitors safe.Coaches will also keep good maintenance and record of Charity equipment and the skatepark environment, reporting any defects or safety issues to the Skatepark Manager as a matter of priority and undertaking cleaning and repair duties on a daily basis.
