- Coordinate with the Packing and Logistics Team to ensure all approved assets are prepared and dispatched for shipment in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as the Engineering and Reconciliation Teams, using tools including Microsoft Outlook and Teams to provide regular product and process updates.
- Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to clear communication around daily priorities, workflow progress, and order management.
