We are looking for a proactive Accounts Support Apprentice to join our team. The role will involve working closely with the wider accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with full training provided whilst gaining a QA SCQF Level 6 Apprenticeship in Digital Applications Support.

Responsibilities:

  • Become systems expert in Xero to assist the Finance Manager
  • Act as the first point of contact for manual and computerised bookkeeping activities
  • Prepare files for accountants using QuickBooks and Sage as our main systems
  • Work with Excel spreadsheets
  • Provide administrative support within the office as required
  • Ensure client files are kept up to date using Microsoft Office suite and company systems
  • Handle client information daily via the company CRM QuickBooks
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager and accounts team to maintain accurate financial records
