Business Administrator Apprenticeship (Level 3)
As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience across different areas of recruitment and administration, supporting the team with day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Candidate Sourcing

Identifying and attracting potential candidates using job boards, social media, and networking channels
Candidate Screening & Interviewing
-
Booking and managing interviews for consultants via the internal diary system
Database Management
-
Maintaining and updating the recruitment database with candidate records, job postings, and communication logs
Administrative Support

Preparing job descriptions and managing consultant schedules

Handling general enquiries and email correspondence
-
Sending confirmations to candidates and ensuring all paperwork and compliance documents (such as ID and right-to-work documents) are up to date
Learning & Development

Taking part in training programmes to develop recruitment skills, sales techniques, and industry knowledge
Marketing Support

Creating and posting content on social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

Assisting with monthly client newsletters

Working with the Office Manager to collate weekly payroll information

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – essential for building relationships with candidates and clients

Sales and negotiation skills – helpful for attracting candidates and securing placements

Organisational and time-management skills – crucial for handling multiple tasks and deadlines

Attention to detail – important for maintaining accurate records and smooth processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems – beneficial for database management and communications

GCSE Mathematics (Grade 4/C or above)
