What’s the opportunity?
We’re looking for an Office Support Apprentice to join our team and dive into the world of property. This is the perfect chance to learn, grow, and start your career in an industry that’s always evolving.
What you’ll be doing:
- Master the tech: Get hands-on with our in-house software, SME, and become the go-to person for internal systems.
- Be the hub: You’ll be the contact point for colleagues and clients, responding to viewing requests, booking appointments, and managing calendars.
- Get digital: Learn to use Signable to create and send tenancy documents online. Track when they’re signed and manage them in our system.
- Stay connected: Take client calls, host meetings via Microsoft Teams, and update our website with the latest info.
- Manage the details: Help with tenant applications and make sure client files are always up to date.
What we’re looking for:
- A tech-savvy individual who’s ready to dive into the digital side of property.
- You’ve got killer organization skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience (even if it’s just handling calls) is a plus!
- You’re eager to learn and bring positive vibes to the team.
Requirements:
A full driving license and your own car would be a bonus (but if you’re working on getting it, no worries—we’re flexible!).
Salary: £14,000 per annum.
Working hours: 35 hours a week, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
