In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our office operations, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting, and contributing to the growth of our firm. Responsibilities:
- First responder when someone reaches out via telephone, online via email, etc
- Becoming a system expert on Chaser for credit control
- Responsible for keeping the CRM – Bright Manager up to date for this such as taxes, departments etc
- Maintain accurate and organised digital filing systems
- Utilising Microsoft 365 Outlook to respond to internal/external stakeholder
- Working collaboratively to ensure documents are filed promptly and securely on our Sharepoint

- Support senior accountants with bookkeeping tasks – using our bookkeeping software, DEXT and become a systems expert on this
- Assist in processing payroll for clients – using our system Bright Pay
- Ensure payroll calculations are precise and adhere to legal requirements
Required skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or willingness to learn (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new accounting software
- A strong desire to pursue a career in accounting
Salary: £15,000 per annum
Working week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
