Business Graduate Programme – SP Energy Networks
Relevant Degree: 2:2 or above in a relevant degree (Business, Management STEM or similar). As a Business Graduate, you’ll rotate across teams like strategy, revenue reporting, risk, and regulatory affairs—building experience and insight into how the energy industry works.
What you’ll be doing
- Team Rotations – Explore different departments and discover where your strengths lie.
- Projects – Work on live challenges like market research, data analysis, and process improvements.
- Networking – Connect with colleagues across the UK, Spain, and the USA.
- Hybrid Working – Mix office and site-based experience, with more flexibility as you progress.
Economics Graduate Programme – SP Energy Networks
Relevant Degree: 2.2 Economics, Accountancy or Maths. This programme gives you a real-world understanding of how economics drives decision-making in the energy sector. You’ll rotate across key teams and get hands-on experience in areas like:
- Revenue Reporting & Regulatory Economics
- Whole System Strategy & Flexibility Markets
- Price Control & Commercial Strategy
- Risk, Assurance & Energy Income
You’ll work on live projects involving:
- Market analysis and forecasting
- Regulatory strategy and price control negotiations
- Financial modelling and data interpretation
- Process improvement and business planning
