Multrees are looking for someone to join their team as a Digital Account Analyst. Multrees Investor Services (Multrees) supports transformational change through a range of outsourced investment services to wealth managers, private banks, family offices and advisory businesses.

What will I be doing?

  • First point of contact for incoming queries via the online portal, email and telephone
  • Raising and processing tickets as they come through via email and telephone, and working collaboratively with Transfer Agents to ensure all accounts Multrees have opened remain AML compliant
  • Completing and submitting application forms and AML/KYC documentation to transfer agents on Multrees online system
  • Ensuring all documents are signed by appropriate authorised signatories via Adobe sign
  • Collaborating with operational teams internally to ensure any issues with account opening documentation and operational account queries are resolved promptly. This is done by escalating the tickets through to the team if further assistance is needed
  • Investigate fund scoping and fund routing for clients and data governance teams
  • Wide use of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Teams to complete daily tasks
