Opportunity Details

  • - Raise sales invoices (AR)
  • - Process purchase invoices and POs (AP)
  • - Maintain AR & AP inboxes
  • - Assisting with bi-monthly payment runs
  • - Reconcile bank account transactions
  • - Reconciliation of AP and AR ledgers
  • - Assist with credit control
  • - Process credit card requests from business
  • - Maintain and file finance documents
  • - Process employee expense claims
  • - Regular communication with the business on finance process
  • - Any other ad hoc tasks at the appropriate level as requested by the Group Financial Controller from time to time
