- - Raise sales invoices (AR)
- - Process purchase invoices and POs (AP)
- - Maintain AR & AP inboxes
- - Assisting with bi-monthly payment runs
- - Reconcile bank account transactions
- - Reconciliation of AP and AR ledgers
- - Assist with credit control
- - Process credit card requests from business
- - Maintain and file finance documents
- - Process employee expense claims
- - Regular communication with the business on finance process
- - Any other ad hoc tasks at the appropriate level as requested by the Group Financial Controller from time to time
