About the ApprenticeshipMost of your apprenticeship will be spent learning on the job, where you’ll gain practical, real-world experience in business administration and property management. You’ll be supported by experienced professionals who will help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the role.
Key Responsibilities-
Communicate effectively over the telephone, via email, and in person with customers, clients, and colleagues.

Manage email inboxes and handle incoming enquiries promptly and professionally.

Meet and greet customers and clients, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.

Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.

Organise, record, and report data accurately.

Use spreadsheets and bespoke software to manage property and client information.

Maintain in-house computer systems and ensure records are kept up to date.

File, scan, and archive documents in line with company procedures.

Provide accounts support and assist with processing post.

Update property listings and ensure online content remains accurate and current.

Carry out general administrative duties as required.

GCSE English (Grade 4/C or above)

GCSE Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
If you have other relevant qualifications or industry experience, the apprenticeship can be adapted to build on your existing knowledge.
