Monday – Friday, flexible shifts (37.5 hours per week)

About the Apprenticeship

Most of your apprenticeship will be spent learning on the job, gaining real-world experience in an IT and business environment. You’ll also complete off-the-job training to build your professional knowledge, skills, and qualifications in administration and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the IT technical team.

  • Maintain and organise filing systems, both manual and digital.

  • Create and manage spreadsheets and reports for team use.

  • Support team collaboration and assist with reception cover when required.

  • Help ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

  • Scan, file, and archive company documents and records.

  • Follow established company procedures and data management processes.

  • Record, update, and maintain accurate information within internal systems.

  • Operate office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, scanners, printers).

Training and Development

Alongside your work-based learning, you’ll complete specialist training towards your Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, equipping you with key administrative, organisational, and communication skills to support your career progression.

Essential Qualifications
  • GCSE English (Grade 4–9)

  • GCSE Maths (Grade 4–9)

If you have additional qualifications or prior experience, the apprenticeship can be tailored to reflect your existing skills and knowledge.
