About the ApprenticeshipMost of your apprenticeship will be spent learning on the job, gaining real-world experience in an IT and business environment. You’ll also complete off-the-job training to build your professional knowledge, skills, and qualifications in administration and communication.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide administrative support to the IT technical team.

Maintain and organise filing systems, both manual and digital.

Create and manage spreadsheets and reports for team use.

Support team collaboration and assist with reception cover when required.

Help ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

Scan, file, and archive company documents and records.

Follow established company procedures and data management processes.

Record, update, and maintain accurate information within internal systems.

Operate office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, scanners, printers).
Alongside your work-based learning, you’ll complete specialist training towards your Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, equipping you with key administrative, organisational, and communication skills to support your career progression.
