What You’ll Do

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the smooth running of our business operations and building strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting new customers to explain the benefits of the company’s products and services.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries and issues.

  • Performing general administrative duties, including database management, telephone calls, emails, correspondence, and filing.

  • Preparing quotes and assisting with negotiations with customers and suppliers.

  • Supporting the Sales Director to meet budget and operational targets.

  • Collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and the Telesales Department to ensure efficient service.

  • Contributing to team and individual incentives and helping to encourage repeat business.

  • Managing your own expenses, mileage, and administrative responsibilities.

  • Attending monthly meetings and bi-annual company conferences.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and support business growth.

  • Supporting the promotion of the company’s mission and objectives.

  • Ensuring deadlines and objectives are met while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements Desirable Qualifications
  • GCSE in English: Grade A*-G (1-9)

  • GCSE in Maths: Grade A*-G (1-9)

  • Other relevant qualifications or industry experience can be considered, and the apprenticeship can be tailored to your existing knowledge.
