Arrange client collection dates and organise vehicle logistics

Handle related administrative and documentation tasks

Liaise with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored services

Prepare and issue client audit reports and erasure certificates

Assist the sales team with quotations, invoices, and proposals

Support with customer onboarding and maintain accurate records

Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings

Keep the CRM system updated with client and lead information

Work closely with transport, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Support in coordinating schedules and managing client requests

Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities

Help gather customer feedback and success stories for marketing purposes
