They are currently hiring for a Digital Support Apprentice to support their Livingston site and work towards an SCQF Level 6 Apprenticeship Programme.
What’s involved?
- Working as a first response to clients, engineers and colleagues relating to the current property repairs
- Becoming an expert and proficient in updating customer and job information on their in-house system called AX
- Using Microsoft Packages such as Excel to process orders as they come through and using Sharepoint and Outlook to communicate these with other colleagues
- Managing finance documents and invoice information on Sage and AX for dealing with purchase orders and invoices before they are processed
- Working collaboratively across teams for administration tasks and any enquiries that come in
- Using online shared drives and online client portals to update the database with information daily
What do they need from you?
- Excellent customer service skills and clear communication with clients and colleagues
- Be a strong team player
- Good communication skills
