Youll be encouraged to ask questions, bring ideas, and grow your confidence as a marketer, and well even throw in trips to Google Dublin HQ to work with our Google Ads support team.p pstrongResponsibilities:strongp ul liSupport the setup and optimisation of campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads, YouTube Ads and paid social platformsli liLearn how to write, test and evaluate ad copy across Google and Microsoft PPC campaignli liHelp build and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Google Sheets and Looker Studioli liAssist with day-to-day campaign checks, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvementli liSupport the Brand and Digital teams in delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, YouTube, email and social media channelsli liHelp manage our product data feeds using Feedonomics and Google Merchant Centre and learn how feed quality impacts shopping ad performanceli liCollaborate with the SEO team to update content and improve on-page optimisationli liAssist with content and creative testing, including reviewing ad copy, image and video ad adverts and analyse their performanceli ul pstrongDesirable skills: strongp ul liA passion for marketing, digital, and creativity with an eagerness to learn and growli liStrong written and verbal communication skillsli liAttention to detail and a curiosity to ask why and how things workli liGood numeracy and good Excel or Google Sheets knowledgeli liEmbraces AI and large language models like ChatGPT and Geminili liA self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to try new thingsli liNo prior experience is requiredbut any exposure to Google Ads, social media platforms, or content creation is a bonus!li ul pstrongEntry requirements:strongp ul li3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subjectli liGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)li liProspective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subjectli ul pYou may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
