Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of receptionist and administrative tasks, helping to support the day-to-day running of the business. Duties include:
Greeting customers professionally
Responding to first-line enquiries via telephone, face-to-face, and social media
Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate advice
Uploading social media posts and stories daily
Managing diaries, photocopying, mail handling, filing, and preparing daily post
Organising course schedules and trainers, creating quotes, booking courses, handling enrolment paperwork
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and either Hindi or Punjabi (fluency in Urdu also considered)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software
Well-organised and able to multitask effectively
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Driving Licence (preferred)
